I provide individual art therapy in the comfort of my studio/counseling room. This provides a safe place to creatively explore personal thoughts, feelings, dreams, or something completely unknown. It is appropriate for people who either feel comfortable making art or for people who may have a hard time accessing thoughts and feelings through words. It is a way to explore your creative self, whether you are familiar with it or not. No previous art skills required. An open nonjudgemental perspective is essential as we journey into the creative world. This therapy is helpful in addressing depression, anxiety, self esteem, personal identity and compassionate self care.
UPDATE – COVID precautions – No in person meeting. Sessions are available via zoom, with a safe and secured internet connection.
